Air of departure on next Saturday midnight I booked to go to Greece!
I don't believe I have a chance this season.
I bought a book of Chikyu-no-Arukikata on Greece and perused it.
I'm trying to reserve hotel now but the hotel I would like to stay is filled I confirmed.
I booked flight managed by Air France and this is first time to go Haneda international airport!
The only concern is transit in Charles de Gaulle reserved two hours.
But it's not vacance season yet not so many visitors are on line of immigration clearance.
Now I'll start to pack my travel luggage!

I finished to send needed documents to my group companies. No one can check my details of documents (because they can't understand English even they get more superior salary than me) and this is my first real original work of my group so I would dearly look for person who can check my documents with no stress.
My now boss have an enormous difficulties to understand English documents. But he doesn't study English so it's natural that he can't read English documents.
I can't help him with any matters and ways.
I hope he decided to learn English again like his school days.

Are you excited to World Cup ?
Japanese team was unfortunately withdrawn from Round of 16 but I'm very expecting it seems German team will grasp the trophy.
I sent cheers them since 2002 World Cup in Japan especially Mroslav Klose was attracted me.
Next to 2002 World Cup in Germany was very disappointed for both of Japan and German teams.
Japan got defeats from all first round matches and retired in addition Germany, as a host country, had to give a ticket to final match for Italy because Michael Ballack was not in the presence at that time.
But now German team is on the wave and directly lock on the World Cup championship.
I can't help to watching their matches until the final coming!

Last Thursday finally I came back to Japan!
Very long long trip and tired tired road.
Last visit country was the USA, I mostly run out my energy.
I suppose my English was totally broken out because I found it at second welcome dinner time talk I could not speak in English even though I tried to.
One my challenge is all meeting in overseas spoken in English.
My boss who attended me naturally thinks his meeting was translated in Japanese to English by Japanese staff but I don't think so.
If the venue is spoken in some language it is natural to be held in the language which is spoken there even its in Japanese subsidiaries.
Furthermore my boss misunderstand himself.
He is very capable but that ability was generated by his high job skill not by his English.
So he can manage his job but if he teach his skill to some person who is good at English, I can predict that results better.
Although he thinks his english skill is very high.
He can't recognize his own real ability in English and that leads an miscommunication with local staff.
Some time he points my mistakes in English but he can't understand that difference is very small.
That kind of implication works between English natives but not important between foreigners and natives.
Now my diary is too long now so I finish with lovely rose picture.
